Seissense is a UK-based premium athleisure brand built around movement, wellness, and a quiet luxury standard. The brand’s positioning leans on product proof, including PFAS-free clothing and FUZE™ treated performance, so content needs to feel controlled, clean, and credible rather than loud or promotional.
The project began with a spreadsheet full of raw hooks, CTAs, and half-formed Reel ideas. Useful material was there, but it was not in a format creators could film from, or a team could review consistently. The brief was to turn that mess into a repeatable UGC system that protects tone, keeps concepts consistent across different creators, and makes decisions easier at review stage. Delivery focused on a structured concept library, a creator direction pack with clear filming rules, and deck-ready pages that keep output consistent across product, educational, emotional, and storytelling content.
Scope: Campaign & Launch Roadmap Planning; Content Direction & Quality Assurance; UGC & Creator Direction Packs
— Raw ideas were hard to use. Hooks, visuals, and CTAs were mixed together without a repeatable structure.
— Consistency risk across creators. Without one format, every creator interprets the brief differently.
— Premium tone without sounding like an advert. Product clarity was needed, without overstatement or heavy selling.
— Multiple content types required one system. Product, educational, emotional, and storytelling content needed the same underlying format.
— Scope discipline. A full promotional calendar was requested separately and held outside this brief.
— Rebuilt the idea bank into one repeatable concept format. Each concept was standardised into Hook; Visual direction; CTA.
— Organised concepts into clear content types. Product; Educational; Emotional; Storytelling, so briefing stays fast and selection is easier.
— Applied naming and numbering for quick reference. Concepts can be assigned, discussed, and reviewed without back-and-forth.
— Created a creator direction pack built for filming. “How to use this” guidance, filming notes, and rules for what must be shown.
— Enriched the Canva deck to match an existing format. Slides 8–12 rebuilt into concept pages with titles, hook options, and execution guidance.
Creator guidance pages that make the system usable in real filming conditions, not just on a spreadsheet.

We had a lot of scattered ideas for our digital channels. They came in and built a system that actually works for us. Now we know exactly how to film, our hooks are consistent, and putting together a reel doesn't feel like a chore anymore.
