Office styling across 13 spaces, delivered through 75+ canvases. Built to tell the Nomad story every day.

Context

Nomad, an award-winning safari company, is known for small, high-quality camps and a clear purpose to use its safaris to create life-enhancing opportunities wherever possible. Many of its camps are consistently rated at the top end and have earned major recognition, including World Travel Awards wins for Greystoke, Lamai, and Kuro.

The corporate workspace needed to feel like an extension of that world: intimate, considered, and premium without being loud. The work replaced scattered imagery with a clear system of more than 75 canvases across 13 themed spaces. Each piece paired a photograph with a headline and caption to carry a specific Nomad message. The result was a brand that feels coherent from the corridor entry to the boardroom.

Scope: Creative Briefing & Intent; Agency & Vendor Coordination; Sign-off & Feedback Control; Production & Installation Direction; Stakeholder Reporting & Handover.

Challenge

— Translate the Nomad brand into a physical office experience, across corridors, offices, and the boardroom

— Build a clear theme for each space, tied to specific camps and experiences

— Integrate the Life Enhanced pillars: Lifelong Learning and Growth, Health and Well-being, Conservation and Environment

— Align with Fathom and protect production quality through to installation

— Deliver a complete and presentable handover pack

Approach

— Mapped each space and defined the story it needed to carry. First impressions, team identity, and leadership context.
— Developed themes per office based on specific camps and experiences, so the styling had meaning.
— Curated and refined imagery for consistency in colour, tone, and narrative across all spaces.
— Turned the concept into clear direction for Fathom, then managed reviews until it landed.
— Checked production outputs to protect scale, sharpness, and finish.
— Directed installation and placement so the office reads as one visual journey.

The Corridors

Upon entering the office, you’re greeted by the welcoming smile of Nomad extraordinaire Rowland. This sets the tone for our philosophy that “Talent is everywhere. Opportunity isn’t.” highlighting our mission to leverage our award-winning safaris to create life-enhancing opportunities. The corridors give a clear overview of Nomad, including values and social impact pillars.

The concept was so fresh. It completely transformed our head office and finally made the space feel aligned with the new identity. It’s rare to find work this sharp that also meets the quality you'd expect for a global brand.

The depth of experience in design and brand identity was obvious from day one. As a photographer, it’s a relief to see your work handled with that much care. A lot of time went into making sure the final output looked its best, which really improved the whole creative workflow.
