Seissense UGC creative direction case study visual
A creator-ready UGC and Reels system that turned unstructured ideas into clear concepts with hooks, visual direction, and CTAs, packaged in a format creators can film from and teams can review quickly.

Context

Seissense is a UK-based athleisure brand built around movement, wellness, and a quiet premium standard. The content needed to feel controlled, clean, and credible, with enough structure for different creators to work from without diluting the brand. The work turned a loose idea bank into a clearer UGC direction system.

Scope: UGC concept structure; creator guidance; visual direction; CTA logic; review standards.

Challenge

  • Raw ideas were hard to use because hooks, visuals, and CTAs were mixed together.
  • Different creators could interpret the same idea in different ways.
  • The tone needed to stay premium, clean, and credible, not loud or trend-chasing.
  • Review needed to be faster because each concept had to be easier to judge.

Approach

  • Rebuilt the idea bank into one repeatable concept format: hook, visual direction, and CTA.
  • Grouped concepts into content types such as product, educational, emotional, and storytelling.
  • Added creator guidance so filming decisions had clearer boundaries.
  • Turned the written system into deck pages that collaborators could scan quickly.

Visuals I

Creator guidance pages that make the system usable in real filming conditions, not just on a spreadsheet.
Visuals: Creative direction pack; how-to-use pages; content types; categories; creator notes; example concept formatting

We had a lot of scattered ideas for our digital channels. They came in and built a system that actually works for us. Now we know exactly how to film, our hooks are consistent, and putting together a reel doesn't feel like a chore anymore.

The direction system made creator work easier to brief, review, and keep on brand.

  • Structured UGC concept sheet delivered.
  • Raw hooks and CTAs cleaned into a usable briefing format.
  • Visual direction and creator notes made expectations clearer.
  • Review became less subjective because each idea had a consistent structure.
