Love Boo relaunch plan and asset reset case study visual
A four-week relaunch plan paired with a reset content library structure, so the team could execute consistent campaign work without lost files, naming confusion, or version errors.

Context

Love Boo is a UK family-care brand creating natural skincare and haircare for mums, babies, and families. After a period of heavy branding and marketing output, campaign assets were spread across folders, file names were inconsistent, and the relaunch plan needed a clearer weekly structure. The work focused on making the campaign easier to run, review, and sustain across social, email, and web.

Scope: asset library logic; version control; campaign roadmap; content direction; quality control.

Challenge

  • Files were hard to find, trust, and reuse, which slowed everyday campaign work.
  • The relaunch needed to rebuild brand presence without sounding forced or sales-led.
  • Weekly themes, channels, offers, testing, and reporting needed one plan the team could follow.
  • The tone had to stay warm and parent-first while still supporting product visibility.

Approach

  • Rebuilt the asset library with folder structure, naming rules, and version logic.
  • Structured a four-week relaunch around re-introduction, care routines, community prompts, and continuation.
  • Matched each week to content themes, channels, CTA logic, and reporting checks.
  • Audited the checked rollout window to see whether the plan was being used in real content.

Our brand assets were everywhere, which was completely stalling our relaunch. They stepped in, managed the entire library, and then developed for us a clear four-week marketing plan. We knew exactly what to post and when, which made the whole relaunch actually happen.

Outcome

The relaunch became easier to manage because the plan and file system gave the team one place to work from.

  • Asset library reset for daily campaign use.
  • Four-week campaign plan delivered for social, email, and web.
  • Content categories stayed aligned with the plan across the checked rollout window.
  • Bundling, brand story, and routine-led content had a clearer structure for later use.
