Office styling across 13 spaces, delivered through 75+ canvases. Built to tell the Nomad story every day.

Context

Nomad Tanzania is a safari company with camps across Tanzania’s wilderness areas. The office branding needed to bring that safari story into the workspace without becoming decoration. The work connected each space to camps, experiences, and the Life Enhanced pillars, then carried the direction through production and installation.

Scope: space storytelling; image curation; agency coordination; production direction; installation oversight.

Challenge

  • Translate the Nomad brand into a physical office experience across corridors, offices, and the boardroom.
  • Give each space a clear theme tied to specific camps and experiences.
  • Integrate Life Enhanced pillars without turning the walls into generic statements.
  • Protect image selection, production quality, and installation detail through to final placement.

Approach

  • Mapped each space and defined the story it needed to carry: first impressions, team identity, or leadership context.
  • Developed themes per office based on specific camps and experiences.
  • Curated and refined imagery for consistency in colour, tone, and narrative across all spaces.
  • Worked with Fathom and production partners to move from concept to installed canvases without losing detail.

The Corridors

Upon entering the office, you’re greeted by the welcoming smile of Nomad extraordinaire Rowland. This sets the tone for our philosophy that “Talent is everywhere. Opportunity isn’t.” highlighting our mission to leverage our award-winning safaris to create life-enhancing opportunities. The corridors give a clear overview of Nomad, including values and social impact pillars.

Visuals: Mission, logo explainer, values, Life Enhanced pillars (Lifelong Learning and Growth, Health and Well-being, Conservation and Environment), plus employees’ rights and HIV/AIDS policy.
